30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund of the US$147 purchase price within 30 days of your original order date, for any reason. This applies to your first purchase of the course.
Reasonable Limitations
Because the course is digital and access is immediate, we may decline refund requests when there are clear signs of substantial use or completion — for example, when you have accessed all five modules or completed the course in full. We review each request fairly and in good faith, and nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles refund requests for all purchases.
- Or email us at islandgems66@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Effect of a Refund or Chargeback
When a full refund is issued, or when a chargeback is filed and upheld, your access to the course will be revoked and your enrollment will end. Continued use of paid course content is not permitted once a refund has been completed. See our Terms of Service for details.
